Support

Our business support is the foundation of our long term relationship type of partnership that we establish with our clients. As part of our activity related to Aras Innovator Aras and underwriting Unlimited set up by Aras Corp., we provide our customers with the first two levels of media that bring the registration of the problems (tickets) and problem solving functional or configuration, see proposed workaround for problems that require a fix.In the latter case, the problem of level three, the problem rose to address the problem that Aras.

Aras Innovator Support 

Below is the description of the support system in place for our customer. To make the recording of problems encountered by the client we use a platform support web-based open source solution "Mantis" with a configuration related to Aras Innovator that facilitates the registration of support tickets.

 

In partnership with the British company AESSIS, we propose an improved availability and enhanced support bilingual. Is typically below the process that we put in place to support any activity within the framework of international projects.

 

Although flexible and linked to customer needs through the integration of the solution we present below the typical commitment of support that we offer.

Support Développements Prodeos

In addition to providing support to Aras Innovator as part of the subscription program Aras Unlimited, we provide support for the solutions we develop. Being published, we will soon offer a first for the support of our board connector.
