The flexibility of Aras Innovator and its predefined template can set up an iterative approach to implementation based on the methodology RUP (Rational Unified Process) among the best practices of IT deployments. This approach helps to refine the system implemented throughout the implementation through a series of reviews of specifications that can identify areas for improvement.
This approach allows us to propose an implementation in 4 main steps
- Definition : this stage to define clearly the solution before deployment. In this case it is primarily used to translate the documentation into a specification proposed implementation of Aras Innovator.
- Pilote : From the documentation validated during the definition phase, we are implementing a pilot project to conduct an analysis before establishing the production system. This phase may incorporate various iterations to ensure the compatibility of the panel set up with the real needs of the business.
- Production : this phase is even shorter than the pilot scheme should be the customer's expectations.it is to install the production instance of software incorporating the elements of the pilot and the modifications proposed in the analysis of this driver.
- Delivery: This stage begins already in recovery stages of pilot and production to accompany the client, make him the appropriate documentation to its implementation, train staff and implement processes to access support both internally and to Prodeos or other provider.
